At no cost to you, our Client Care
Coordinators will begin with an initial assessment of your
needs. This evaluation allows us to provide you with the care
you expect and deserve. Once services have begun, our
coordinators will monitor your needs with ongoing Supervisory visits
in order to guarantee your continued satisfaction. Upon
request, Care Plus will provide you assistance with
insurance billing. This is done as a courtesy to our clients.
